Thousands of UCLA students to graduate June 10

The UCLA College will hold two commencement ceremonies, at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., on Friday, June 10, in Pauley Pavilion. The College commencement, UCLA’s largest graduation ceremony, will feature approximately 5,600 graduating seniors, along with their families and friends.

Alumnus Laurence D. Fink, regarded as one of the most influential individuals in business and finance and the chairman and CEO of BlackRock, will deliver the keynote address to graduating seniors, their families and friends. Fink was awarded the UCLA Medal, the university’s highest honor, in March.

Media planning to cover the ceremonies should R.S.V.P. to media contact Ricardo Vazquez (above). On the day of the event, journalists should check in with a media relations representative at the John Wooden statue directly in front of Pauley Pavilion’s north entrance to be escorted into the venue.


Live trucks and broadcast media vehicles are required to park along the bus curb on Charles E. Young Drive North. Enter the campus from Westwood Plaza, off Sunset Boulevard.
