UCLA media advisory: Supreme Court ruling on same-sex marriage

UCLA has experts who can offer commentary on Obergefell v. Hodges, the Supreme Court case that is expected to decide whether same-sex couples can marry in the United States. As home to the Williams Institute, the first national think tank dedicated to sexual orientation law and policy, UCLA has experts on the impacts of legalizing marriage for same-sex couples, as well constitutional scholars who can discuss the legal reasoning in the opinions.
