This week is your last chance to see the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television’s winter musical, “Steel Pier,” which runs tonight through Saturday, March 17. Performances will take place in the Freud Playhouse at 8 p.m. with an additional matinee on March 17 at 2 p.m.

“Steel Pier” tells the story of a champion dancer in honky-tonk Atlantic City who becomes infatuated with her new dance partner, a handsome young aviator. The show features a captivating assortment of Depression-era souls eager to dance their way into fame and prizes.

All performances, scenery, costuming, sound and lighting are executed by UCLA students.

Tickets are $17 for seniors, faculty, staff and UCLA Alumni Association members, and $8 for students. More information can be found on the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television website.
