UCLA's School of Theater, Film and Television (TFT) made The Hollywood Reporter’s 'Top Film Schools' issue, taking the No. 3 spot — up from No. 4 last year — of 25 American schools on the list.
The magazine quoted Bill McDonald, chair of the Department of Film, Television and Digital Media: “It's the only institution in the world that integrates theater, film, television digital media, animation and research within a single professional school.”
TFT Dean Teri Schwartz cited "remarkable alumni as special as writer-director Ana Lily Amirpour and her 2014 Sundance hit, "A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night" to "Fast and Furious" writer-director Justin Lin."
