UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC) invites you to relax and rejuvenate with a variety of simple, guided meditations for free online and on iTunes. Twelve meditations – each from five to 19 minutes long and four of them in Spanish — are available on subjects like “Breathing Meditation” and “Meditation for Working with Difficulties.” Click here to access the meditations.
MARC also offers an ongoing free series of drop-in meditations Monday-Thursday at several campus locations, including one at Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center and a session in Spanish at the Semel Institute.
