UCLA Special Events and Protocol is currently recruiting full-time external affairs staff members to volunteer for the Chancellor’s Bruin Game Day parties before all home football games at the Rose Bowl.
Volunteers greet guests, staff the check-in tables and distribute water bottles, temporary tattoos and other giveaways. Parking, a meal and beverages, and a 2017 Chancellor’s Bruin Game Day Party volunteer T-shirt to be worn at the event, are included. As an added thank you, volunteers also receive one complimentary ticket to the football game after the party.
All volunteers must arrive at the Chancellor’s Bruin Game Day Party four hours prior to kick-off. Groups of employees are encouraged to volunteer together.
To volunteer, email BruinGameDay@support.ucla.edu with the following information:
- Name and department
- Which games you would like to volunteer for
- Names of colleagues you would like to volunteer with
Requests to volunteer must be received by Wednesday, Aug. 23. Volunteers will be notified of their assignments the week of Aug. 28.
