Edward Leamer is the Chauncey J. Medberry Professor of Management at the UCLA Anderson School of Management and director of the UCLA Anderson Forecast. He is a world-renowned econometrician and an authority on a wide range of economic issues including ecomonic forecasting, labor relations, international trade, engergy and product reliability. Leamer's research focuses on the economics of globalization, including the U.S. business cycle, the impact of the Internet on economic geography and the impact of free trade agreements on inequality internationally. Leamer is also a professor of economics and statistics.
