UCLA faculty experts advisory: Egypt vote invalidated; generals dissolve Parliament

Egypt's military rulers formally dissolved the nation's Parliament today, following court rulings earlier in the week that invalidated Egypt's first democratic election in modern times. UCLA has experts.
