Here are some of the UCLA athletes who are in the news:

U.S. softball players Andrea Duran and Stacey Nuveman were featured in the Fresno Bee. Duran is blogging for us at the games.

Another of our bloggers, Jessica Cosby, a hammer thrower on the U.S. Olympic team, was featured in a Los Angeles Times column by Sandy Banks.

Natalie Golda, one of our bloggers from the U.S. water polo team, thanks her family and friends for their support over at her NBC Sports blog.
- Here's a new YouTube interview with Monique Henderson, a Bruin member of the U.S. track and field team. She won a gold medal in the Athens games four years ago.
- U.S. soccer player Marvell Wynne was profiled in the North County Times in San Diego.
