David Kaye is an expert in human rights and international law. He is executive director of theUCLA School of Law International Human Rights Program and director of the Diana Jenkins Clinic on International Justice, established in 2008 as the west coast's first law school program on international justice and human rights. Kaye has lengthy experience working with international courts and on the laws of armed conflict.
