WHERE:
UCLA's on-campus residence halls ("The Hill")

BACKGROUND:
Students living in UCLA's 14 residence halls buy bags of candy from residence hall staff, and the proceeds are used to hire buses to transport kids from South Los Angeles and other low-income areas to campus. Trick-or-treaters will be escorted by UCLA student chaperones and residence hall staff through the halls, where they can collect candy, view decorations and enjoy the overall experience of Halloween in a safe environment.
