Coroner says man who fell near Boelter Hall committed suicide (updated)

[Update, May 22: The Los Angeles County coroner's office said today that it is investigating the death as a suicide or an accident. Police say there is no indication of foul play. The deceased is a UCLA staff employee and not a student. Counseling is available to those affected by the death. No additional information is available at this time.]UCLA police responded Tuesday afternoon to reports of a fall from the south side of Boelter Hall, which houses the engineering school. Responders recovered the body of an unidentified male believed to be 25 to 35 years old. The Los Angeles County coroner's office has been called to the scene.
UCLA police are investigating the circumstances. There is no indication of foul play.
The call came in about 4:15 p.m.
