Thousands of UCLA fans, students to gather for traditional Beat 'SC bonfire and rally

WHAT:
Thousands of Bruin fans, joined by the UCLA Spirit Squad and the Bruin Marching Band, will gather on the UCLA campus for the traditional "Beat 'SC" bonfire and rally.
WHO:
Participants will include:
• Members of the UCLA football team
• UCLA Spirit Squad
• UCLA Bruin Marching Band
• UCLA students and alumni

BACKGROUND:
The "Beat 'SC" bonfire and rally has become an annual tradition at UCLA, celebrating the schools' crossstown rivalry and getting fans excited for the UCLA–USC football game, which takes place this year on Saturday, Nov. 28, at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

PARKING:
Media can access parking and the rally itself by entering the campus at Sunset Boulevard and Westwood Plaza. Limited parking near the Intramural Field will be available for media trucks that arrive before 8:30 p.m. and depart after 10:30 p.m. Call the media contact for parking reservations.
