UCLA Anderson conference connects aspiring entrepreneurs, veteran industry innovators
The Entrepreneur Association (EA) and the Harold and Pauline Price Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at the UCLA Anderson School of Management host the 2012 EA "Vision in Action" conference, which brings together some 400 M.B.A. students, alumni, entrepreneurs, investors and key industry innovators to learn and share valuable insights on current topics in entrepreneurship.
The one-day conference presents an unparalleled opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs to network and build relationships with trusted industry experts and will feature case studies and panel discussions on digital media, real-estate funds, clean technology, social entrepreneurship, B2B and other topics.
Twelve hopeful candidates will also participate in a "fast-pitch" competition, in which they present a new business idea in 90 seconds or less to a panel of distinguished investors. The winning pitch is awarded a $2,500 cash prize.
The event will feature the following speakers:
Mark Suster (opening keynote)
Partner at GRP Partners and founder of Launchpad LA
