Dr. David Feinberg, CEO of the UCLA Hospital System, is the central figure in a new book that credits a change in organizational culture with improving the treatment that patients receive. "I want everyone to be cared for like they're in my family," says Feinberg. He came into the UCLA Broadcast Studio to discuss his approach to patient care.
