Come to the Charles Young Research Library from 4 to 6 p.m. on Dec. 11 to hear a riveting talk about the assassination of President John F. Kennedy from The New York Times bestselling author James Swanson. Swanson will discuss his latest book "End of Days: The Assassination of John F. Kennedy," an in-depth look at the planning of the murder, the aftermath and a minute-by-minute account of the shooting itself. Swanson, who graduated from the UCLA School of Law, is also the author of such works as "Bloody Crimes: The Chase for Jefferson Davis and the Death Pageant for Lincoln’s Corpse" and "Lincoln’s Assassins: Their Trial and Execution", as well as the "New York Times" bestseller "Manhunt: The Twelve-Day Chase for Lincoln’s Killer." He also serves on the advisory council of the Ford's Theater Society. The event will include a reading, book signing and reception.
