A member of the UCLA Class of 1979, Meyers Drysdale is a respected pioneer for women in the worlds of sports and sports business. "The key to success is finding your passion, working hard, taking risks that others are too scared to take and to have faith that it will take off."

The UCLA Athletic Department held its graduation celebration for 108 student-athletes on the floor of Pauley Pavilion. Football alumnus Brendon Ayanbadejo, a member of the Baltimore Ravens team that won SuperBowl XLVII this past February, addressed the graduates and their assembled family and friends.

Meyers Drysdale will deliver the keynote address at both the 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. ceremonies on June 14 at the newly renovated Pauley Pavilion. She competed in the arena as a student–athlete in the 1970s.
