Hiroshi Motomura, the Susan Westerberg Prager professor of law at the UCLA School of Law, is an expert in immigration and citizenship law. He has written extensively on the subject, served as co-counsel on cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and testified before Congress. Motomura serves on the board of directors of the National Immigration Law Center, an organization dedicated to advancing the rights of low-income immigrants in the United States.
