REVISED 11:05 a.m.: While the campus itself is safe, difficult traffic conditions continue to prevent many students, faculty and staff from reaching UCLA. Consequently, UCLA is canceling classes today that begin on or after noon. Students should check with their instructors or departments about making up class time or class work. Depending on how conditions change during the day we will have further instructions this afternoon.

REVISED 9:15 a.m.: A fire in Sepulveda Pass has caused numerous traffic disruptions. The campus remains open

The UCLA Health system is open and fully functional. Health system employees should report to work if they are safely able. Refer to UCLA Health.org.

All other staff, faculty and students who are off campus should only come to campus if safely able until the situation is resolved. Classes will depend on the availability of instructors. Students who are on campus should report to class as normal.

Early Care and Education, the Geffen Academy and the UCLA Lab School are closed today.

Please refer to UCLA Environment, Health and Safety for air quality concerns.
