Want to learn to do the tango? How about laughing for fun and tighter abs? UCLA faculty and staff can now sign up for these new Fit Zone classes and many others that can be incorporated right into your workday. The new schedule of free classes and programs for the fall is now out.
You can drop in to any of the classes that range of yoga, Zumba and tai chi to hula hoops, basketball and soccer. And yes, there is a “Laugh Your Abs Off” class at the UCLA Wilshire Center.
These no-cost workouts and programs put on by UCLA Recreation as part of the Healthy Campus Initiative start Monday at various locations around campus. No membership is required. Just register here and get ready to live well.
