Christy Mallory

Christy Mallory is the senior counsel for the UCLA School of Law’s Williams Institute and an expert on sexual orientation and gender identity non-discrimination protections, state-level recognition for same-sex couples and other state- and local-level laws and policies affecting lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people. Mallory’s research has focused on documenting employment discrimination in support of state anti-discrimination laws, measuring the enforcement of state and local anti-discrimination laws, and the economic impact of LGBT-related workplace policies.
