Lynn LoPucki

Lynn LoPucki is the Security Pacific Bank Distinguished Professor of Law at the UCLA School of Law and an expert on bankruptcy. LoPucki has conducted extensive research on the bankruptcies of publicly traded companies.

LoPucki created and maintains the widely referenced UCLA-LoPucki Bankruptcy Reference Database on corporate bankruptcies. The database collects data on large, public company bankruptcies and disseminates it free of charge to bankruptcy researchers throughout the world.
