Christopher Erickson, professor of management and organizations at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, is an authority on labor relations, union organizing, collective bargaining, wage determination and immigrant workers. Erickson's research focuses on comparative industrial relations systems, industrial relations and labor market transformation in different regions of the world.
Erickson is also senior associate vice provost and director of the UCLA International Institute.
