Timothy Malloy

Timothy Malloy is a professor in the UCLA School of Law and an expert in environmental law, specifically how to craft regulations that prevent environmental harm. With John Froines of the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, Malloy is faculty director of the interdisciplinary UCLA Sustainable Technology and Policy Program. Malloy, who used to work for the Environmental Protection Agency, has focused his research on on environmental, chemical and nanotechnology policy, regulatory policy, with emphasis on the relationship between regulatory design and implementation and the structure of business organizations.
