William Yu is an economist with the UCLA Anderson Forecast and specializes in the economies of Los Angeles and China. In his work, Yu produces economic models and forecasts of the Los Angeles economy and he also conducts research and forecasts on Asian emerging economies, especially China, and their impacts on the American economy.
His research interests include a wide range of economic and financial issues, such as econometrics, stock, bond, real estate, and commodity price dynamics, human capital, early childhood education and economic sustainability.
