Bruin families enjoy Homecoming at the Rose Bowl where the Bruins beat the University of Colorado Buffaloes.
A record-breaking 4,100 registered parents and students got a taste of the best that UCLA offers during Parents' Weekend 2013, held last weekend on campus. Family members participated in a packed schedule of events that took them everywhere — into lecture halls for presentations by UCLA's top faculty, out to the quad for an alfresco dinner under the tents, to the Fowler Museum for cultural exhibits and out to the Rose Bowl to watch the Bruins triumph over the University of Colorado Buffaloes.
It was a memorable time for parents, many wearing their UCLA gear, to reunite with their students and discover with their children what makes UCLA a special place to live and learn.
