Additional employee ID number assigned for UCLA UCPath

In an email to campus, the UCLA UCPath team informed UCLA employees that they will now have two different ID numbers.

• UCLA ID: Employees will continue to use this number for campus transactions and identification. This ID, which is displayed on BruinCards, will not change.
• UCPath employee ID: This new ID number serves as a UC system-wide identifier for transactions when contacting the UCPath center. This will not replace the UCLA ID.

Employees may view their UCPath ID by logging onto the UCPath portal. The ID number will be displayed in the top left box under the employee’s name. It can also be found on UCPath paychecks or paystubs. Employees can call the UCPath center and speak to a representative to verify identification. Please note that this also applies to contingent workers.
