Historians, political scientists, journalists and others doing research on "Brexit," the historic United Kingdom referendum vote to exit the European Union, will find a valuable asset at the UCLA Library.
The UK European Union Membership Referendum Web Archive captures information from 46 important "remain" or "leave" websites published by the UK government, trade unions, business groups and environmental and academic grassroots organizations. Also included are the websites of scholarly organizations such as Academics for Europe, Historians for Britain in Europe and the Federal Trust for Education and Research.
The archive was created by librarians Katalin Radics and Oliver Mattheussens of the UCLA Library Collections, Research and Instructional Services Department, and archivist Dvorah Lewis.
