Each quarter, the Cultural Affairs Commission and the Dashew Center for International Students team up to teach the UCLA community how to cook a delicious variety of dishes.

Working from this quarter’s theme of“Going Green,” on Wednesday, May 28, 5-7 p.m., celebrity chef and founder of RawYouth.org Charles Chen will walk through the steps of creating delicious and healthy meals, including a kale salad, pad thai with kelp noodles and chocolate avocado mousse.

The class will take place today, May 28 in the Sunset Canyon Recreation Center Mesa Room. The event is free, but an online reservation is required and you must then pick up your free ticket before 5 p.m. at the Student Wellness Commission at 308 Kerkhoff Hall.
