The 2018 NCAA champion UCLA gymnastics team will be honored in an on-campus celebration on Monday, April 30 at Bruin Plaza. The festivities will begin at 3:45 p.m., and the event is free and open to the public.

NCAA championship t-shirts will be on sale, and the championship trophy — UCLA’s 115th all-time — will be on display and available for photos. Free pizza will be provided to the first 800 fans, along with other giveaways.

UCLA’s gymnasts won the program’s seventh NCAA title on Saturday with a dramatic come-from-behind finish. After trailing throughout the entire competition, the Bruins stormed back in the final two rotations and won the title after scoring a championship-record 49.750 on the balance beam.
