UCLA Extension is relocating its administrative operations to new offices in Westwood Village. The current UCLA Extension Administration Building at 10995 Le Conte Ave. is the future site of UCLA student housing. Extension’s move out began on June 26 and is scheduled to be completed on July 13.
UCLA Extension’s move out of its current offices are the first step in a two-step relocation process. Staff is temporarily relocating to two Westwood sites: the first floor of the Gayley Center at 1145 Gayley Ave.; and the Kinross South Building at 11020 Kinross Ave.
The second floor of the Gayley Center is under construction, and will become the long-term offices of some UCLA Extension staff. Other staff will move to offices on the 16th and 17th floors of the building at 10960 Wilshire Blvd. UCLA Extension expects the moves into the long-term spaces to take place by the beginning of fall quarter.
The move should have minimal impact on students’ classroom experience, as most in-person Extension classes are held at other locations, including the UCLA campus; UCLA Extension’s locations at 1010 Westwood Blvd., the Gayley Center, and 10920 Lindbrook Drive; and the UCLA Extension centers in downtown Los Angeles and Woodland Hills.

UCLA Extension phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same; the mailing address will not change while staff are in the short-term spaces.
